Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (Regulation concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data) the writer Eumetra MR SpA, as data controller, hereby informs that the personal data acquired with reference to the established commercial relationships will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned law.

With regard to the above-stated processing, the following information is also provided:

The purposes for which the personal data provided is processed are: execution of contracts entered into and related agreements; fulfilment of legal requirements associated with contractual relations; organizational management of the contract; external professional collaboration in fulfilling legal requirements; protection of contractual rights; statistical analyses; marketing activities through mailing of promotional and advertising material regarding the product or services, whether ours or of third parties.

Personal data shall be processed in paper, computerized and telematic form and entered in the relevant databases accessible to, and therefore known by, the persons in charge of the processing specifically designated by the data controller as those in charge of  processing personal data and who shall be permitted to look up, use, process, compare and carry out any other suitable operation – be it automated or not – in compliance with the laws designed to guarantee, amongst others, the confidentiality and security of the data and ensure that the data is exact, up-to-date and pertinent, in compliance with the stated purposes.

Personal details must be provided to carry out all the activities that are necessary and functional to execute all contractual and legal obligations.  Consequently, failure to provide personal data for said purposes can make it impossible for Eumetra MR SpA to implement the contractual relations and legal requirements.

Data may be communicated to the following categories of entities:

Postal services, transport companies and couriers for purposes regarding goods shipment and customs practices; banking institutions for managing collections and payments; financial administrations and other concerns or public authorities in compliance with legal requirements; law firms and offices for the protection of contractual rights; agents, representatives and brokers working for Eumetra MR SpA, contract companies, free-lancers and client businesses; debt collection agencies; other clients and suppliers of ours; other external business in compliance with the contractual obligations that derive from routine company activity.
